Presiding over Balmoral’s newest service is Hawico’s Derek Umpherston, who carried two decades of cashmere expertise under his belt. Guests are able to select their desired goods matched with the best colours of the season, thanks to Umpherston’s bespoke ‘paint box’ which highlights the most popular shades.
