Auberge Resorts Launches Fort Worth Hotel

Next month, Auberge will reveal its signature brand of luxury hospitality to Fort Worth, Texas, with the opening of Bowie House, Auberge Resorts Collection, which marks just its second in the state.

Joining the ever-popular Italianate Commodore Perry Estate over in Austin, Bowie House is slated to open on December 1, with open arms ready to welcome a flurry of holiday guests. The hotel sits in the middle of the city’s cultural district on Camp Bowie Boulevard and has bold ambitions to not only celebrate Fort Worth’s artistic culture and Western traditions, but also directly contribute to them.

Positioning itself as Fort Worth’s first true luxury hotel, Bowie House will be abundant in first-rate amenities, including a comprehensive spa and wellness area (complete with steam room, infrared sauna and fitness studio), an outdoor swimming pool, a signature steak restaurant, and multiple lounges and bars, all proudly exuding proper Texan hospitality.

Far from a standard urban hotel, all of the guest rooms at Bowie House have been thoughtfully and individually imagined. Travelers can choose from cozy self-contained studios, airy open-plan lofts and roomy suites. All feature high-end amenities such as bar carts, signature art work and premium furnishings, while some go the extra mile with details like real fireplaces and free-standing bath tubs.

The top key will be the aptly named Goodnight Suite, which covers nearly 3,000 sq ft and has dining space for ten guests. Standard configurations include one bedroom, but there is the option to expand into conjoining rooms to create a gargantuan abode.

The opening marks a key point in Fort Worth’s ever-growing status as a must-visit Texan destination, with its population projected to overtake Austin. The city is also awaiting the completion of $300m renovation on the iconic Stockyard, which hosts twice-daily cattle drives. Next year will see the launch of a highly anticipated exhibition on Mexican female horseback riders at the National Cowgirl Museum. Fort Worth is well and truly on the map.
