1. Will I be charged for making a hotel reservation?
There are NO booking charges or booking fees when making a reservation. The price you see quoted by our hotel vendors will be the the price you will be charged for the hotel stay. If you see a reduced price, that is the best deal on offer!
2. What is the policy for cancellation of booking?
When booking a hotel room some vendors will offer “Free cancellation” and some may not. Click on “More deals” to look for vendors offering such deals. For those offering “Free cancellation” you will not be charged if you cancel the booking before the cut-off date. For those without “Free cancellation” you will be billed immediately and you will need to see their individual terms and conditions for the amount of refund in the event that you do cancel your booking later.
3. When will my credit card be charged?
You will usually be charged at the point of purchase online if the vendor does not offer “Free cancellation”. If there’s a problem, you’ll be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. Once we receive verification of sufficient funds, your payment will be completed and transferred securely. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours. There are however some hotel vendors who only charge your credit card on the day of your arrival.
4. Will I be charged sales tax for the hotel bookings?
Depending on the locality of the hotels most hotels do include a sales tax and the amount will be shown to you before you confirm your booking and before you make any payment.
5. How to earn hotel reward points?
Search for the hotel using our search form. Once the results are shown you can either select the one with the lowest price or select the hotel booking company which you have a membership (you might need to click “Show all deals” at the bottom of the page). Login with your membership ID and you will earn the reward points once you made the booking.
6. Are products sold on this website warrantied and returns accepted?
All products including accommodation, tickets and tours are warrantied by the supplier and returns are subject to each supplier’s terms. Please check carefully before you make any purchase.
