Four Seasons Hotel George V
Paris might not be the first place you think of when it comes to wellness, but Four Seasons Hotel George V has put together a custom program for guests to reconnect with their bodies through a series of exercise and spa-focused activities. In the morning, partake in the ‘Run My City’ program where you will follow two employees through the streets of Paris for a morning jog as you run past cultural sites. Then, you’ll be treated to a foot reflexology session that helps to restore harmony within the body and eliminate toxins. A sensorial workshop is next: Join one of the founders of Chic des Plantes! herbal tea brand as they guide you through a workshop using all of your senses. Lastly, Pauline Burgener, founder of luxury skincare line Dr Burgener, Switzerland, will lead a conference talking about healthy attitudes. End the session with an hour-long yoga class and meditation. If that’s not enough, the hotel created a healthy culinary experience called ‘Wellness and Gourmet Ritual’ that can be customized depending on your nutritional needs. The goal is to enjoy healthy gourmet cuisine. This holistic approach is being offered now in support of this international holiday.
