Explore These Stylish Resorts with Peace of Mind

After enduring months of lockdowns to slow the spread of COVID-19, locals around Asia-Pacific are eager for the opportunity to travel again in the coming months. For some, this will mean finally taking that dream beach vacation with the whole family, while others may opt for a luxe staycation in a plush hotel in their own city. Centara Hotels & Resorts around the region are looking forward to pampering guests once again.

Yet while the curve has flattened for most Asian nations, safety precautions are still of the utmost importance in order to prevent another outbreak. To that end, Centara has launched Centara Complete Care, a comprehensive, 12-point plan of action to enforce social distancing measures, increase the brand’s already high hygiene and sanitation standards, and to properly train staff, all of whom will wear accredited face masks.

“We have studied and reviewed in great detail and we are in no doubt that we are adhering to the absolute highest international standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety for our guests,” said Mr. Thirayuth Chirathivat, CEO, Centara Hotels & Resorts, in a statement. “We have partnered with two of the leading, globally recognized hygiene and safety organizations to ensure that our guests can be confident we are implementing the most rigorous health and safety standards across the group and that our hotels and resorts are the safest place to be.”

Guests can rest easy knowing that a dedicated Cluster Hygiene Manager will oversee and implement a host of procedures, all of which are in collaboration with ECOLAB, the global leader in hygiene technology, and SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection, and verification specialists. Everything from sun loungers to fitness equipment to spa rooms will be thoroughly sanitized after each use, while public areas including the Kids’ Club and all dining and events facilities will feature socially distance seating arrangements.

Centara’s exceptionally trained staff will take the temperatures of visitors and guests as they arrive. Meanwhile, housekeeping staff wearing gloves and face masks will give guestrooms an intensive, top-to-toe sanitation and ventilation between stays. All drinking glasses will be sanitized in a special machine and hand sanitizer will be readily available. In lieu of buffet spreads, waitstaff will bring diners their breakfast orders to the table.

Medical professionals will even be on-site to offer check-ups and to make sure all guests can enjoy a happy, healthy vacation.

Centara Hotels & Resorts around the region are ready to welcome all visitors back to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Choose Centara for a family getaway or romantic escape with your loved one and enjoy exceptional services with peace of mind.
