After a long concert lull, cancellations and postponements, we are now (finally!) spoiled for choice in Vienna. Pop diva  Dua Lipa is coming to the Stadthalle on May 23 – the show is sold out, but those who are resourceful may still be able to get a ticket.

For everyone who wants to cross an 80’s band off their bucket list: On May 12, the  Pet Shop Boys  will be playing in Vienna’s Gasometer. A few days later, The Smile  will be on the same stage: the trio, consisting of Radiohead musicians Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood and drummer Tom Skinner, will perform live on May 17th .

It then gets hard rocking with Ghost ( May 11 , Stadthalle Wien), the Russian Circles ( May 11 , Arena Wien) and Meshuggah ( May 20 , Arena).
