Grand Hyatt Mumbai Celebrates Food and Fitness

Saying goodbye to the summer heat, Grand Hyatt Mumbai welcomed the onset of monsoon with two distinct events for both food and fitness enthusiasts – on 25th and 26th June respectively.

1.) KERALA SPECIALS BY MASTER CHEF LATHA AT FIFTY FIVE EAST

Fifty Five East launched a lip smacking Kerala cuisine from God’s own country by the first Lady Master Chef of Kerala – Chef Latha- who joined from Grand Hyatt Kochi. Mumbaikars came and explored the local flavors and signature picks of Malabar Cafe at Grand Hyatt Kochi.

Highlighting the menu were Vazhapoo cutlets, Kozhi porichathu (fried chicken), Mutton pachamulaku (green chili lamb curry), Home-style Nadan chicken curry, Fish mango curry paired with authentic home-style Ghee rice, Kerala Paratha or Appam, and ended with Pal payassam or Rice laddoo.

2.) AQUA YOGA BY POOLSIDE

To celebrate International Yoga Day, fitness enthusiasts assembled at the hotels’ Poolside for power-packed sessions of Aqua Yoga by professional experts followed by high tea. It was a weekend to Feel, Fuel and Function the energies.
