Organised by the Singapore Tourism Board, this annual celebration brings together Singapore’s traditional and contemporary culinary cuisine. Beyond exclusive pop-up activations, cooking workshops, and epicurean demonstrations by leading local chefs, Singapore Food Festival 2025 will also feature signature events like Food is Art (September 5-6, 2025), The Long Table (September 12-13, 2025), and Future Food (September 19-20, 2025).

Themed “Have you eaten yet?,” the event will boast multi-genre events, live music, and a line-up of culinary talents such as time-honoured local hawkers, globally acclaimed chefs, and heritage custodians.

While most of the unique events are yet to be disclosed, the website announced a ‘Riverside Feast’, slated for September 5-14, 2025. It will celebrate the Singapore River with flavour-laden recipes with maritime roots such as Singapore Chilli Crab, Crispy Charcoal Fish and Wok-fried Australian Scallops.
